Yongrong scientific innovation center was established in May 2016, with a total construction area of about 4000 square meters. The first floor is a comprehensive office area, engineering new material R & D area and chemical analysis area; The second floor is the instrument analysis area, catalyst test area and key subject research area. The center mainly focuses on the CPL industrial chain to carry out new product development, new achievement transformation and new technology optimization and upgrading.
The center vigorously introduces international advanced instruments and equipment, continuously gathers professional talents, employs senior experts in petrochemical and nylon fields as technical leaders, and forms a technical team led by experts and professors, with 118 members. Among them, there are 15 senior professional R & D personnel and 5 external experts and professors. At the same time, the center also cooperates with external authoritative scientific research institutions through the innovation platform, and actively carries out cooperation and exchanges with colleges and universities, scientific research institutes and enterprises such as Tsinghua University, Donghua University, Fuzhou University, Dao chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Academy of stone Sciences and Academy of textile Sciences, so as to improve the innovation ability and talent training level of the center.
At present, the center has applied for 75 patents and authorized 56 patents, including 16 invention patents and 40 utility model patents, and has undertaken 10 key research topics, such as cyclohexane dehydrogenation process research, hydration hydrogenation cyclohexanone technology research, solvent rearrangement and vapor rearrangement technology research, caprolactam quality improvement research, ammoximation reaction influencing factors research Hydrogenation catalyst synthesis technology development, PA6 glass fiber reinforcement (5% ~ 60%), PA6 bromine flame retardant and halogen-free flame retardant reinforcement research, graphene functional fiber new material research, etc.
